It acts as a personal highlight reel, reflecting the employee’s career achievements, growth, and key moments of excellence within the organization .

To access the Spotlight Page, navigate to the employee’s profile and click on the “Spotlight” tab in the navigation bar. This will take you to their complete Spotlight dashboard, offering a comprehensive summary of their accomplishments and engagement.

At the top of the Spotlight page, you’ll find the employee’s profile photo, name, role, tenure, about section, location, and contact information. On the right, a Recent Activity panel displays live updates such as recognitions, comments, and growth conversations, offering real-time insight into the employee's interactions.

The Awards Section showcases all the awards the employee has received. Each award card includes the title, a brief description, any popularity tags (if the award is widely earned or highly recognized), and the date it was awarded.

Next, the Badges Section lists all earned badges along with the number of times each badge has been awarded. This helps emphasize recurring strengths or consistent behaviors recognized by peers and managers.

In the Recognitions Section, you’ll see all peer-to-peer or manager-to-employee recognitions. Each entry includes the sender’s profile, the recognition message, and any attached badges, highlighting the personal and professional impact of these acknowledgments.

The Journey Timeline visually illustrates the employee’s career progression within the organization. It tracks changes in roles, grades, and department movements, offering a narrative of growth and evolution over time.

An interactive Insights Panel displays contribution trends over the past six months through graphs for Awards, Recognitions, and Badges. Users can apply filters to customize the time range and gain deeper insight into specific periods of engagement.

The Hierarchy View maps out the employee’s place within the organization’s structure. It clearly displays their manager(s) and any direct reports, helping viewers understand their team context and leadership connections.
