To access the Recognition page, navigate to an employee’s profile and click on the "Recognition" tab located in the top navigation bar. This will take you to a dedicated space showcasing both received and given recognitions.

At the top of the page, you’ll find two helpful dropdown filters — Sort by (Most Recent, Oldest) and Type (Received, Given) — which allow you to quickly refine the view based on your preferences. A prominent "Give Recognition" button is also available, enabling you to easily recognize a peer.
