User Guide

The Recognition page serves as a hub where employees can view recognitions they have received or given. To access it, go to an employee’s profile and click on the 'Recognition' tab in the top navigation bar. Two filters at the top — Sort by (Most Recent, Oldest) and Type (Received, Given) — help refine the view. A 'Give Recognition' button allows users to easily recognize peers. Each recognition entry displays the giver’s profile picture, name, role, date, message, and any attached badge or award. Use the filters to explore appreciation moments, or click 'Give Recognition' to send one instantly.
