User Guide

  • Access the Hierarchy view from the main menu or directly via an employee’s profile.
  • At the center, see the selected employee’s card with their name, role, department, and tenure.
  • Managers appear as nodes above; direct reports are shown as nodes below.
  • Use the profile preview panel on the right for recognitions, badges, and a shortcut to the full profile.
