User Guide
The Growth Conversation section is a dedicated space for structured, career-focused discussions. Access it from the profile dashboard or sidebar menu. If no conversations exist, a 'Create Conversation' button will guide you to start. The pop-up form includes three fields: Growth Area (select focus), Title (short summary up to 50 characters), and Conversation Agenda (detailed outline up to 200 characters). Once submitted, conversations appear in chronological order, serving as documented checkpoints in the employee’s growth journey. Conversations can be reviewed and revisited for accountability and follow-up.
